Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services through the execution of self-service
Continuously identify work process improvements and communicate to Team Leaders and (or) Manager
仕事の魅力
Upon your joining, we will be providing you our 4 weeks program to prepare you to become a successful Customer Support Specialist. The training will be held in our luxury training room and the language will be both in English and Japanese. After the training finishes we will continuously provide our “Mentorship system” where you can able to receive the support from our senior agents. You are not alone!
